"Capacity Development Needs Assessment and Planning for LGRDP II Partners on Environment and Climate Change” supported by the Belgian Development Agency. The general objective is to enhance the capacities of the partner organizations (Ministry of Local Government, Environmental Quality Authority, Municipal Lending and Development Fund and Association of Palestinian Local Authorities) to better respond to environmental and climate change challenges at the local governments’ level. To reach to this general objective, a capacity development program for the partner organizations shall be developed by PWEG.

Under the Cooperative across borders in the Mediterranean “ENI CBCMED”, funded by the European Union (EU) and under the Sardinian Governorate administration, MEDISS addresses the issue of improving the quality of saline groundwater present in the MED area opening up alternative irrigation for higher quality and more diversified cultivations (dates, citrus, cereals, vegetables….).
