The project aimed to enhance environmental conditions and municipal water and wastewater staff capacities, Outputs of the project were as follow: Construction of fully functional WW management scheme, Olive trees supplementary irrigation, reclaims new land to cultivate and irrigate, and construction of irrigation system, establishment of WW department at the JSC which included Taybeh municipality and Ramoun village council and, trained and qualified operators of the WWTP.

The project consists in providing technical planning and advisory services to the PWA where different local and international experts intervenes in assistance of PWA, the project aims to strengthen the capacities of PWA in better performing its mandate and re organize the water sector in both West Bank and Gaza and better define the relation between PWA and other sector stakeholders, many tasks such as institutional, legal, financial, managerial and technical are performed in coordination and close cooperation with PWA.
Better structure of PWA and the water sector, final water law, empowerment of PWA and better water and wastewater services provided by the sector stakeholders. -
The project aimed to enhance access to water, protect and rehabilitate natural resources as a mean to support the resilience of marginalized Palestinians living in Area C.
As a result of those goals, many outputs will achieved such as increasing capacity of water storage due to rehabilitation of existing cisterns and increasing efficiency of water distribution reaching new lands with major water quantities due to installation of new water irrigation networks and rehabilitation of existing ones.
